Growing up in Yarrawonga I love the outdoors and playing sport. I particularly enjoyed playing Netball at club level from a young age and spent most weekends traveling all over the country side. This was always such a big part of my life it was only natural that once I graduated I moved to Melbourne and began Personal Training at the RACV City Club. I then went to America and worked at a camp training children. It was there I realised that no matter what age, there always seemed to be a missing link between what people said they wanted to achieve in their wellness and fitness journey and what they actually achieved. I became fascintated with the psychology of training and went ont o become a Wellness Coach, so I could truly help help my clients close this gap.
In 2007 I suffered from a major health storm. I began to experiment using food and nutrition as my medicine. This opened up a whole new fascinating world to me and lead me to a new career path. Soon after ‘Freedom Wellness‘ was born. Freedom Wellness started as an online support system for all things health and wellness. My desire to meet my clients face to face then led me to Vida Lifestyles where I share my knowledge and pasion, in the hope to inspire clients to make healthy and positive changes in all areas of their life. After graduating from an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, I have been able to combine my qualifications and turn my passion into a career. I believe that good nutrition is the foundation for optimal health outcomes, creating lasting results by addressing the four other pillars of good health; mind, body, soul and environment.
